Help! Aftermarket head unit installation

Hi guys,
I have '05 MCS and I am trying to intall after market head unit.
I was wondering what kind of harness and where I can buy it.

I have been able to find everything I have needed for two installs (not on MINI's) at crutchfield.com.

+1 on crutchfield.
Give them a call. The support is #1.
The guy I delt with really knew his stuff and knew a lot about Minis.
