Yes it is stillin development, but unfortunatlt i was in a car accident 6weeks ago,(not in the mini) broke my leg in four places, needless to say acouple of surgerys and just now getting to hobble around with pins in my leg,it hard to get things done,it gets very painful to be uprite for more than an hour at a time, physical therapy started last week, so im moving in the right direction, anyways the header just case people dotn knoe has been made in prototype form, but unfortunatly haveing difficulties to get somebody to reproduce it in a production atmoshpere correctly, once i have the production kinks worked out i will let everyone know sorry for the delay.......

Okay, I sent several PMs to you and didn't get any response lately- right about the time of your accident.
I'm very sorry to hear about your leg. First things first- get healed up and recover. The header can wait.
I had to wear a cast on my right leg after achilles tendon repair and it was the pits. For everyday that you are injured it will take three days of rehab to recover back to where you were before the injury. Do the math. Cast for 3 months means 9 months of rehab after the cast came off. That was about right and I am no slouch at working hard. I tore that tendon running 60+ miles per week training for my first Marathon run in 1989. Since then I have completed 18 marathons inlcuding 4 Bostons (do you know how long the trip is from Hawaii to Boston!!!- major jetlag!).

When you are feeling better and the Header is coming along just let us know. It's good that the prototype is done. I know that you were looking at making the price competitive. With your header would you recommend an exhaust wrap?

Some people in my area do not recommend it due to moisture building up and other problems-mildew and such.
I figure I drive highway about 10 miles each way to commute and the exhaust will heat up quite a bit so I will be OK to have an exhaust wrap with HT silicon spray covering.

Aloha and I hope you have a speedy recovery.
