hello ,guys

hey guys i have 2003 mini cooper s jet black and i wanna put a checkers sun roof and checkers mirror and also a stripe checker for the door any one with picture plz show it will be a great help for me to decide thx a lot

there are a few companies that make kits for the cars. you can buy the checkered mirror caps. I would stay away from the stick on kind though, I got those and within three months they were faded almost green!

the side stripes you could get from one of the vendor here like, cooper flags or somthing.
For the roof, you could do it yourself like i did. I just went to a sign shop and had them cut me 90 6inch squares (it will be less for the sunroof of course)
then i just measured everything up and stuck them on the roof. it ended up costing me something like $30 or so. and abour 2 and a half hours of my time.

if u have a black mini, i think it would look cool to have a matte black and gloss black checkerboard pattern.

 

Malcon that is awesome!! So 90 squares huh? Did you put them all on and then cut the roof lines?

 

yeah i put them on and just trimed them with an x-acto knife.

I had actually been thinking about doing a flat black and glossy black checker pattern. i think that would look really badass
