When driving around, I occasionally notice a grey 'Target' icon/logo that shows up on the navigation MAP. I can't figure out what it means or why it is there...

Anyone know what it is for?

 

If it looks like the attached, its the icon that denotes the 'city center'. I was always perplexed by this and am still curious how this is calculated, but I am sure there is a way to tell the system you want to go to the center of a city or town.
