R50/53 Mini USA Agent for Service of Process
Hi Jim... I have no idea what "Agent for Service of Process" is. Do you mean the address for MINIUSA so that you can have them "served" (as in issued a summons for court)? It's in NJ, and the address is in your manual. If no one else comes up with the address, I'll run down to the parking lot and check in about an hour at lunchtime.
Generally, Any employee authorized to receive mail may act as an agent for service of process if addressed to a business. That said, it is always preferred to have your complaint served to a specific person, and delivered by a sheriff or clerk of the court in the jurisdiction where the defendant is located. Check with your lawyer, as he/she should know all the local intricacies re: SoP

Thanks for the assistance. An agent for service of process is the person/entity designated by a corporation to accept service of process when the corporation is sued. I thought that someone might have the info readily available since I've heard so much lately about lemon law claims. I'll get it through the secretary of state if no one has it available. Thanks
