Im looking into teardrop trailers. Anyone got any reccomendations? I know you have one lilruffcat. Who makes yours? I'm hoping I might be able to grab one before MOTD 2009.

 

ours is by golittleguy.com, there is a gentleman near hinesville GA that sells them.. you can get all different kinds of variations.. ours has been worth its weight in gold! let us know how it goes!

 

Do you tow it behind the Cooper? Is it painted to match, any pics?

our camper is yet to be painted.. but it will be done to match my car.. union jackee.. ( this is ruff cat) , I tow it behind a cooper S, I really dont feel a big difference towing it, the supercharger might be a lil more sluggish but thats to be expected.. we have the 4 wide retro..which is quite lite and easy to maneuver.. just a bed and a galley... we redid the inside.. the same colour as my car with orange flames to give it the badassish look lol.. I do have pics.. ill have to switch to my nic and post some.. ill work on that tomorrow..

Also MINI FINI, Airstream has built a trailer for the European set, but it is not recommended for towing in the US. MINICOOPERTRAILERS.COM builds Buckaroo sport trailers for Minis located in Crump, TN 38327. Dan at Grassroots garage is a Mini Fini dealer and can install the hitch. From what I have seen all over the country MINI FINI does build one of the best. He is an installer also. My bud from Nebraska Jim aka Kernal of the Corn has a small teardrop polished stainless steel and you can't look at in the sunshine but it is really kool. He towed it to MITM4 this year. You can reach him at NAM on the Nebraska forum. There are a couple more manufacturers but I can no think of them off hand. If you take MC2 mag check the advertisements.
