Sports Car International proclaims MCS the "BEST," in its comparison test with the Golf GTI, Focus SVT, and Honda Civic Si. It is the new issue, just out on the newsstand, the Nov, 02 issue.

My Favorite Comparo is still the one that the british mag EVO did a couple months back.
They took 15 performance cars including the Cooper S, the Focus ST170, the Subaru WRX Sti, the Evo VII, and the Elise.
The 5 cars I just mentioned made the cut from the first 15 to the 2nd round. In Round 2 one car was picked to advance to the finals. That car was the MINI Cooper S.
In the final round, the Cooper S goes head to head with the Zonda C12S
