ABS and DSC lights on after drive in snow

had the first snow fall this year , drove home from work early (because i have no snow tires yet) the last little hill up to my house gave me trouble , i wound up reving the car a bit high on and of as i got grip and lost grip going up the hill. (not above 3000 rm). as i turned into the garage , i noticed my abs and dsc lights were on.

i just want to know if i can reset them and wait to see if it happens again.

Check your wheels. There is probably snow packed in & it is preventing the sensor from reading. I see this a lot at the dealership I work at.

you were right , drove the car out of the garage this morning and the warning lights were still on.
i flicked the DSC switch and both warnings went out.
this must happen all the time , it was the first drive i ever had in the snow.

thanx
