Shipping Prima products in this icy season

I just received my shipment of Banana Gloss & Slick. I ordered it last week when we had temps in the 70's here in New England, but when the package arrived, it was in the low 20's. I remember a thread on this subject before, about not letting your cleaning products freeze, but if they did, see if they remained separated after thawing. The Slick looks fine, but never having the Banana Gloss before, I'm not sure what it looked like. Would sitting in 20% weather for about 10 hours ruin the product?

I would contact DP for that info. I would never let carnauba and water based product freeze. Polymer is usually ok.

This has come up before, and Heather has said that if it happens, to shake the product very vigorously, and if it reconstitutes it is OK. Banana Gloss separates when it sits, the top layer in the bottle will be like milky water, and a thicker layer at the bottom. If you shake it for a couple of minutes, and the thin stuff mixes in, it should be fine.

I got an email from Nick stating pretty much the same thing. Because there is so much fuel in the Banana Gloss, it should fair better than some of the other products, and should look like Vanilla Milk if it reconstitutes. Mine does, so I guess it's ok.

I was going to give it a try, but temp pretty much stayed around 20% today. Too cold for me to be washing & waxing...
