Coil-over help

I ordered a set of coil-overs (cross), but they did not come with installation instructions. It seems pretty straight forward and there is a how-to here on NAM, but the part I'm worried about is the torque specifications. I remember a while back coming across a link to a site that has the stock parts and their torque specs (for the most part), but I can't find it again.
Does anyone have those specs handy?
any help would be greatly appreciated-I'm hoping to put these on before the weekend
thanks
-Nick

Torque values for R50-R53 suspension
End Links 56Nm/41ft-lb
Rear Strut top nut 30/22ft-lb
Rear Strut Support to Body 56Nm/41ft-lb
Rear Lower Strut Bolt 140Nm/103ft-lb
Front lower strut pinch bolt 81Nm/60ft-lb
Front strut top nut 64NM/47ft-lb
Front guide support nuts 34Nm/25ft-lb

The rear Cross strut shaft top nut may require a different torque value if the shaft’s bolt end is larger than stock.

IN the middle of install

need a bit more help. I'm installing the rears right now and there is no top plate provided my my system. I figured I was supposed to take the one off the stock set. and, confirming my worries, it popped apart when removing the top nut. I don't want to take the top nut off the new set b/c I want to make sure this is what I'm doing. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong
any help appreciated
thanks

Here's a pic:

I was also wondering about the end links... they reverse, and I'm having trouble getting those in too

never mind, I figured it out. those end links were for the front and the springs weren't an issue
