Has it really been a year since our last newsletter??

Wondering what's been going on with c3? Cooper Club for Charities isn't dead, although we've been hibernating for quite awhile. Since our founding, we have done a LOT of great things for those in need. We realize that times are tough and uncertain and while the basis of c3 has always been to channel our energies and MINI passion, not always financially, to doing good things for other people there is still much to be done! There is nothing more that I could ever want than to keep that spirit alive and going.

It's October, Breast Cancer awareness month! Last year, we did great in collecting donations for the Susan G. Komen foundation. Many of us have personal experience with family members who have fought the battle with cancer. And as you know it's genderless. Support the cause and make donations to c3 via PayPal

SCD Open House and Fundraiser

This coming Saturday, October 18, I will be having an open house for my business, ShowCarDetailing.com and several c3'ers will be there to represent the club. The c3 "donation can" will also be there for anyone that would like to contribute for the breast cancer fundraiser. We're expecting a lot of MINI's to show up, so come over and see what SCD is all about, have some food and drinks, win some raffle prizes, save money on car care products like Prima, and of course, let's try to bring back that MINI spirit that brought us all together in the first place! The items found in the club store will also be available.

All proceeds from the c3 items are going to our fundraising effort for breast cancer awareness. You can see some of them here. We've also got ladies c3 t-shirts that will be available on Saturday.

MINI Events in October?

Looking for a fun MINI event to do this month? Last year c3 in conjunction with Charlie Engen held the First annual Italian Job Rally for Charity. This year he is doing it with MiniCooperRally.com

The event is on October 25 and you must register ASAP! Your favorite charity will benefit, and you'll leave with a replica gold bar just for participating!

Just like last year, Charlie has done an incredible job in putting this rally together so come out and participate for a "worthy cause".

c3 Future?

The future for c3 is bright. Our members came together on a mission, and

that's to help others less fortunate than ourselves! Let's make a

difference together and practice our slogan "Motoring for a Worthy Cause".


We were the first and original MINI club specifically focused around doing good things for others, even before MINI announced their Motoring Hearts program. We've made an impact before, so lets continue to do great things together!
