There will be a SCCA autocross on November 9th at Auto Club Speedway. There is a calendar if you follow the link below with more information and the flyers for the event.

I know some regular posters are within range.... (what is a reasonable range seems to depend on your level of autocross obsession.)

There is also a practice on the 8th, but the applications will need to be in the mail right away if your to get in.
