R94 BridgeSpoke 16" Wheels Upgrade O.K.? Help!
I have a 2007 Mini Cooper (purchased in 11/2007..does this mean my Mini is "R56"?).
I am considering an upgrade to the oem R94 BridgeSpoke 16" Wheels w/GoodYear Exceelence All Season Runflats.
Will these fit my Mini ok? Mine came with the standard 15" oem wheels. Thanks.

R56 is the manufacturers internal chassis code. It stands for model year 2007 and newer MINI Cooper and Cooper S hatchback.
Enjoy the bridge spokes. They'll bolt on with no problems whatsoever.

Heavy
The Bridgespokes are a nice-looking OEM wheel. A set of them came with my 07 MCS. However, like all the OEM MINI wheels, the Bridgespokes are woefully heavy, which detracts significantly from handling, braking, acceleration and ride. For about the same money you could get a set of aftermarket wheels which are much lighter and perform better.
