Just ordered a indi blue mini cooper with a black roof. I was wondering if i should go with the black bumper inserts. Also do you think it would look better with a white roof, keeping in mind I have a sun roof.

 

I'm not sure if I've ever seen black bumper inserts on a Cooper. I personally like how the inserts are body color, it adds just a touch of horizontal emphasis without going overboard (like the black or chrome), however that's just my viewpoint.

Indi Blue with black roof is one of my favorite Cooper combo's. Black roof on the Cooper makes the car more upscale and sexy looking.

The basic premise is this:
White roof: fun and playful
Black roof: sexy and elegant

I'd say do the Indi Blue with Black roof and no bumper inserts. Spend that money on clear side indicators and rubber floor mats instead.

Some people think that for the sunroof the best roof color is black. that keeps the contrast of colors down and the sunroof doesn't stick out as much at a glance. If you are more practical and want the MINI to stay cooler since the sunroof is going to let in alot of heat and sunlight then the white roof is cooler.
personally I like them either way.

In my area a few MINIs are all Indyblue, and a few MINIs are IB/Black and almost all are IB/W so if you want to be
less common the the Bk roof or body colored roof are good choices.

The bumper inserts in my area are either body colored or chrome. I haven't seen any black ones.
If you do get them then take some picts and post them of if you dealer has them in stock take some pictures.
