just a follow up. went to dr yesterday. start therapy monday. i am not to even to try to lift my arm. still 3-4 months out of work he says. this too shall pass. what is it they say about what does not kill you makes you stronger. thanks again for all the kind words, thoughts and prayers. have a good weekend and God bless all.
