spare tire donut

Just replaced runflats and am looking into getting a donut. Other than a mini donut that goes for about $250 what other donuts fit? I am told civic 02-06 should work.. Is it a problem to use a 15 inch donut with 17 inch wheels? I know because of the front brakes and lsd you have to use the donut on the rear.

I am also wondering if the civic 02-06 will work the bolt pattern looks right, it just looks like it is made to work with 12mm lugs. Can anyone confirm it works?

Pretty sure those are 4x100. There may be a problem with the 14mm lugs. Similar generation Integras were also 4x100.
