I have emailed and IM'd coopergear.com and not had a response. From what I have read here in this forum, coopergear has a bad reputation as far as getting back to emails and also delays shipping items. They also do not have a phone number. Does anyone know of any other option or of any other company who makes a similar product? I was also wondering if it is possible to remove the vent cover and simply cover the vent all together and then putting the cover back on. I tried prying a thin flat head screwdriver but did not insist since I thought it was going to crack. Obviously this dash vent is poorly designed and I am sure i am not the only going through this.....
Any info is appreciated and by chance if someone has their vent cover for sale, I will buy it...

I had a tough time with Coopergear, never got my dash vent but I did end up getting my money back....I haven't found another vendor for this vent cover but if there is one, let me know and I'll place an order.....
