I recently bought a mini cooper s convertible and received in july of 2008.. service is horrible..and adv the cust sevice agent of this .. sales was okay but then sales blamed me for not receiving his bonus points because of service .. how unprofessional... said they docked a certain amount of bonus point because of service.. thats an internal problem ..

 

That is surprising because I was very happy with Crevier's service.

Crevier sucks! I dealt with their service department a lot when I first got my MINI and it took them about 10 times to finally fix it. And that was with me going in every two weeks or so. I knew every MINI service person in the end.

Their parts department is pretty good though. Their MINI person is super nice and helpful. (drives a MINI too).

Save yourself the hassle and go to Irvine MINI.

 

Thanks to reply.. Yeah this all happened when I first got the mini too. It really sucks and time consuming... so far its been going on for 4 months and still counting.. I will certainly try Irvine. Happy motoring..
