Does anyone out there know the dimensions of the pulley removal tool. We are going to make one in the shop over here so i don't have to borrow Randy's. I know the diameter of the stock pulley is 2.585" I just need to know what the depth of the tool's block should be.

thanks

Amit

Thanks jlm,

I know the diameter of the pulley is 2.585" but what should we make the diameter of the pulley removal tools circle so that it can grab the pulley? I guess maybe a 1/4" smaller (2.25&quot? This makes sense, anyone confirm.

thanks

Amit

our tool has the mating groove pattern cut into its bore and is only .050" larger in diamster. It is squeezed onto the pulley by clamp bolts. It is made from a 4 x 4 x 3/4 piece of steel, bored and split intoi two halves
