No problem; tires have no bearing on the car warranty. Your new tire size is close in diameter to the rest of the MINI's sizes for 16 through 18", so your speedometer will be more accurate.

^^^They probably have tread compared to his stockers, which he's stretched out for 17k more miles than I usually get out of a set of tires!

185/65-15 is a good choice. Better selection of tires and good size for the MINI. For All Season tires narrow is good for snow.

Slightly wider thread width helps handling while weight is kept low and sidewall is comfortable.

No problem with the warranty for the MINI.

I went with a 195/55/15 for my all-season offering and I have to say I love the way they ride and feel. Kumho ASX 195/55/15 FTW

For 195mm wide tires for the MINI, 195/60-15 is a good place to start.
Tire diameter is 24.2".

195/55-15 is smaller than stock at 23.5" so with stock suspension wheel gap is increased. Load rating is still OK at 84. Tire selection is decent.

195/50-15 is much smaller at 22.7" tire diameter. Load rating is too low for street use at 82 but could be used for limited performance driving with one person in the car.

Otherwise for wider tires, 205/55-15 is another good and common size.
Tire diameter 23.9".
