Stiff ride?

Just picked up an 06 JCW with sports suspension. The ride seems to be very stiff!

Anything I can do to improve it w/o spending tons of money? Ditch the RFTs?

Good choice you bought the 06 JCW yea get rid of the runflats and it is night and day difference. I did this to the GP and it was much better and then switched to 17" rims and non-runflats and the ride was very good for everyday. BTW you can go 215/40/17's and you will get a much better ride and a little more rubber on the road. Cheers

Changing the tires is the cheapest way, but if you get say, 16" or 15" rims (those fit on JCW brakes, right?) you'd get a better ride and you don't actually loose much performance. Infact, you gain some on uneven and warped road surfaces.

I'll probably do the tire route. I don't have plans on doing any modifications just yet since I already went over my budget getting the JCW instead of a regular MCS.
