South Texas MINI Club...
I still find it funny how Jay the STMC Czar won't grow up and move on. He's still a bitter queen and has to post this comment about members who have moved on because of Jay, Melba, Ash, and Lisa's attitude. People no longer are active and have moved on from there cliquish attitude. This is what he posted and thought he could intimidate and threaten people with his empty legal threats. Hope you guys enjoy and have a laugh at Jay's expense...

.. The normal registration process for club membership has been re-activated.
Registration had been temporarily suspended for the last few months to protect existing members from spam and inappropriate postings.
As before, the registration process requires the applicant to reply to an email confirmation. The I.P. of each applicant is logged, as are any attempts to gain access to the forums without membership authorization. Any such attempts at unauthorized access are reported to the respective I.S.P.'s automatically, and can (and have) result in the termination of the offenders Internet service account. Repeated attempts, as well as unsolicited email from offenders, is considered harassment, and is illegal and actionable.
I am confident that the current security measures are sufficient to protect the existing members from spam and inappropriate use of the forum, but, at the same time, provide an easy registration process for legitimate new applicants.
All users have the option to hide their email address from other members. This option is selected in the 'Profile' section of each members' 'User Panel' under 'Contact Information'.
Previous abuse of this forum, as well as attempts to gain illegal access to the forum itself, have been handled by the appropriate legal and civil means. The temporary suspension of the registration process was a 'good faith attempt' to provide 'reasonable security' while these actions were ongoing. My decision to re-activate the regular registration process was made only after the desired outcome of these actions was achieved.
Please report to me any abuse, harassment or unwanted email that you receive related to these forums. Action is swift and severe.
