Revolution Mini Works Shorty header update on port finish

since the old thread had some questions on finish we decided to "cosmetically" clean up the port, even though there is no difference in performance. All of the headers shipped will look like this now.

Nice! I just wish I had a car worthy of having something like that on it.

Wow, that is definitely cosmetically improved.
Also wow, those are some blurry pics!

For those of us with the previous header revision, is there any significant issues with some minor massaging of the 'D' shape header inlet?

Understood that it is not recommended, but will it hurt anything? We are talking about ~0.5mm high spot removal, etc.

Anyway, how can a D-port restrict when that is what is on the Cylinder head. Round ports are going to cut off some of the flow!!

Jan,

My hat is off to you.

Committed to performance, highest quality materials AND TOP QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP. I can't think of a better way to BRAND RMW. While dynos say a lot this says even more about who you are and what RMW is about.

Congrats again.

PS - you suck as a photographer .

The photography isn't Jan's fault. Someone pulled a fast one and put a NIKON sleeve on his iPhone. He just grabbed the wrong thing.
