Tires - Approved Brands

Trying to find a list of all tires (brands/models) approved/authorized by MINI. We want to ditch the runflats on our 2006 Cooper S. This is my 1st post, someone tell me if I need to provide more info to get an answer. Thanks!

Anything that is DOT approved should be fine to run on the MINI. FWIW I use Nokian WR's. But people run Bridgestone, Goodyear, Kuhmo, Falken, Hoosier's (lol), Toyo, the list goes on.

MINI approved, cant help you there.

As stated by Some Guy, any DOT approved tire will work, but it you must have the "Approved List" PM me with your e-mail and i will send you a copy of it.

If you use any of the MINI tire vendors on NAM they all have good tires of varrying prices.

There is no specific tire brand to use.

Match the tire size if you can or use one that is very close to stock tire diameter and still fits the rim diameter and width.

If you need help then contact a wheel or tire vendor for more information.
