Just got a background report on Cornelius and have a couple questions:

Option 450 Height Adjustment for front passenger - this was an option?

Interior light package the three lights above your head?

Radio Boost

Main Battery Switch

Additional Ventilator

Head Airbag

Some of the other options that his first owner got make sense (Number Plate Attachment Management, Heated Washer Nozzles, 2nd radio remote control key)

Very Curios

 

They are all standard features of a MINI, for some reason they are delineated as options within certain systems (not sure which one you pulled from?). I would ignore them as extra noise in the system.

The German sight is more than likely giving you Euro specs. And remember, they also have the stripped down Mini One and Mind D.
