I believe I read somewhere that the "auto-on" position for the headlight switch can be reprogrammed to turn the lights on with the ignition (rather than when required by ambient lighting conditions). CXan I do this, or does a dealer have to do this?

My intermittant wipers have a mind of their own: they don't seem to be sensitive to driving speed, rainfall intensity, or any other logical parameter. Can this function be programmed to provide one swipe per time interval, like once every 3 seconds or something like that?
