R50/53 Legal issues with using the word "MINI"

doesn't the word have to be used independantly from any other word to have any affect on the trademark laws. with mini cooper online, "MINI" is its own independant word. If you were to make it "MINICOOPERONLINE" does it still violate the trademark laws? From my knowledge it doesn't, You could also misspell a word and it would not violate it? Someone tell me I am wrong.
