I have been a long time reader, first time poster on NAM so bear with me.

I drive a 2002 Mini Cooper with 51,000 miles on it. I have treated the car like the baby she is. However, I have an annoying vibration coming from my passenger door. It seems to me that it is coming from right behind the bottom speaker. I have the Harmon Kardon stereo system in my Mini. The vibration stops if I pull in on the shelf near the bottom of the door so my guess is is that something with the door panel could be loose? Anyone else here of this problem, thank you very very very much!

 

I have an 02 i just bought and with it came ALL of the info (2 inches thick) of what the previous owner had done to it. one was that the door was rattling a bit and they just put in some insulation and that fixed it. Prolly that easy, if you are better at this stuff than me you could prolly do it yourself.

Im taking my cooper in for a new (yikes!) fuel injector this week and as I am already spending a chunk of change I might ask if they have anything laying around to stuff in the doors.

I know this has been asked millions of times but does anybody seem to have the window sticking problem happen more in humidity then normal? Simply a bang on my door panel usually makes it go down but not in humid weather!
