JCW brake kit vs. Stock brakes

I didn't see any comparisons through searching. There is a $1360 JCW brake kit option on miniusa.com. The site specifies "larger calipers and rotors" on the front and "special brake linings" on the rear axle. Can anyone discuss this option in a bit more detail vs. the stock brakes? Does this option affect the class the car is placed in auto-x?

The "larger calipers and rotors on the front" only applies to a Cooper model. The cross-drilled rotors in the kit are the same size as the stock rotors on a Cooper S.

If you have a Cooper S and want the "look", fit the cross-drilled rotors and paint the calipers red

If you wait a few months the Brembo kit on the 09 JCW car will be available for purchase as a separate item from the dealer.
