Trading pics for labor

A friend of mine is getting into the detailing business, so I volunteered my car to be a show piece for his website (when he gets around to making one). I took a few in-process pictures, but those aren't terribly exciting. I did, however, take two after-pics that I thought were pretty neat. One featuring our very cool Prince engine.

I think he did a pretty good job in making it shiny

You car looks good but......

As a detailer myself, wouldn't it be more beneficial to show an old dirty car detailed, and before and after pictures? Not to knock your friend or his business but its not terribly difficult to make a brand new car and engine bay shiny. I would like to see something more along the lines of this:

Agreed on the idea of before and after photos, but I haven't been to many auto detailing shops that in addition to cleaning the engine bay, they have instead installed turbo kits, metal polishing/chroming, all vacuum line hose R&R, emission equipment removal, etc. I think OctaneGuy is one of the best detailers hands down, but I suspect he will send me elsewhere if I want my engine bay cleaned with a twin charge kit.
