Two of us CA residents have 04MCS JCW's ordered from Classic Mini in Ohio. We turned to them because of the outrageous over-MSRP pricing for MCS by California Dealers. Plus, they had cars to sell without waiting. Our cars are September production/October delivery (no waiting till December and beyond!). We're booking transportation for mid to late October with an enclosed carrier that has told us that the more cars that ship in the truck coming west, the cheaper it will be. We are in the San Francisco Bay Area.

If there are any prospective MCS buyers in California or points in between that want their cars sooner than later...at MSRP...how about joining us for a "group purchase" and shipping together to save everyone some dollars.
