Switching Rims

Hello could anyone tell me if I will need to do any modifications? I have an '03 Mini Cooper with factory 15" Rims and I want to put on the 17" factory S-Lite rims from an '04 Mini Cooper S. I have purchased the rims and will be picking them up in a few days and wanted to know if I can take of the old ones and slip on the new ones?

They should fit with no problems since the suspension is the same on a Cooper and an S

Along with brakes. No problems as it's been done a lot before.
