Offset question

Hey, sorry to ask another one, but i did the searches but just want to make sure before taking the wheel plunge. I've got an 07 MCS, i know the offset is 45(ish)mm. I'm looking at a set of OZ's with an et37mm. Will this mess anything up? will i look ridiculous? i'm running stock supsension and will be for a while. stock tire size is 195/55/16 and i'm looking to put on eiterh 205/45/16 yoko pspec2's or 215/50/16 kumho mx...will either of those work out also? thanks for the help everyone...i like to make sure everythings right before doding anything..
