R50/53 Parts prices going up?

I just got a quote for a new windshield from crevier mini in Santa Ana for $900!! :evil: 
This seems ALOt higher than what ive read on these boards. Is MINI raising the price of the windshields to offset the warantee cost of replacing so many? This is my fourth one but the first Ive had to pay for. If I have to pay for another one Iam may go aftermarket or just wait for my 7th one so I can invoke the Lemon law.
