Please bear with me on these questions. I'm an old schooler who still considers CDs "hi tech". I have an 08 R56 with the standard radio/cd system. What are my options for connecting digital music. Keep in mind that I know little about iPods, MP3 players, etc. I know they exist but have no idea about what works with what, etc. I see a lot of banter about adapters, hook-up, connections, etc, etc. What are my options? iPod? If there are several options or routes to an end what are the relative costs?

Also, what are my options for connecting Sirius? Can I get Sirius Radio to display on my existing radio display?

I know these are questions that are probably covered in various existing threads, and I have read many. But I can't seem to put all the pieces together. Help?
