I really do not understand WHY?!?!?!?!? What is going on with these people??

We own a 2002 mini cooper and we are crazy about it, although we’ve actually had quite a bit of mechanical problems and are finally starting to realize that we may have a lemon. In fact, we are in the midst of starting to negotiate with MINI USA (maybe we will post the results later on MCO) to resolve our problems, and possibly get a new one. But at this moment we are leaning towards buying another type of car- in part because they are ruining the feeling of community with this whole nightmare of suing MCO, which helped us to decide to buy the mini in the first place. WAKE up BMW and start treating your buyers the way we deserve to be treated. Not like cold numbers but as individuals that made your product a success. Leave MCO as it is- a helpful tool for people that need advice from the actual users and not your average salesperson.
