Slotted/Drilled Rotors Whirling sound?

So I have an outmotoring.com Stage II brake kit (TPM Slotted/Drilled Rotors, Hawk HPS Pads, Goodridge SS Brakelines, and ATE Superblue) but I noticed that I am getting sort of a very slight whirling sound when driving. I can only hear it along curbs and on the highway where the sound reflects off the barriers with the windows down.

Just wondering if that is normal or perhaps something else like a wheel bearing etc?

Thx

cp

No completely normal. I replaced my OEM's with the M7 rotors, they are slotted and drilled also and they do the same thing.
