Bob Smith has a new lady in the service department by the name of Sue.

She's a breath of fresh air to deal with. She understands the concepts of customer service and customer satisfaction.

I went in needing two new wipers and to have my AirCo checked over, as it was blowing warm. They did the wipers immediately and booked an appointment for the airco. Couldn't give me a loaner, but promised to do it on a "waiter" basis and gave me first appointment of the day. Informed me that they have wireless internet (plus coffee and donuts) in the lounge, so I can bring my laptop and work if I wanted.

When I arrived, she looked the car over, commented on how lovely it looks, wrote up the tickets, noticed that I was due a brake fluid flush, so added that to the ticket, wrote a giant fluorescent "Do Not Wash" sign for the dash board and off went my Mini.

Almost two hours later it came back, unwashed, with new fluids, cold AirCo, topped up washer bottle and a bill for $0.00
