The Passing of Bryce...Palo Uber Mini London
The Passing of Bryce...Palo Uber Mini London
As a great many of you are aware, Bryce had struggled with cancer for the past two and a half years. Bryce passed quietly this wednesday in Amsterdam. He had been my close friend and employee for nearly fourteen years, and was on the tele to a great many of you on a regular basis during his stay in the states.
He had been with Palo Uber Mini from the inception, leading the company and was well known within the mini community throughout europe. He was extremely instrumental in getting to market a great many of our products.
Most recently he was relentless in proding me to fund the multi-dimensional mold technology that allowed us to produce the carbon fiber wing extension. It was during these times I realized what a dynamic force he was. He will be sorely missed as a freind and as a pillar within the mini cooper community worldwide.
He litteraly spent hours with so many of you, always wanting to know what we didnt have, that you wanted. Even two weeks ago when I last saw him at the facility in Amsterdam, he wanted to know about Peter, Frenchie, Keith, Michael, Steve etc...You who knew him will all know he was a James Bond sort of mate, who consistantly thought with something other than was resting on his shoulders. He had created difficult situations at hospital with several nurses, which required my attention to remedy, more than once.
I wanted all of his clients to know, and we can all quietly reflect on his transition to a new dimension. Would any of you wish to do something in his memory, please assist in any food bank or childrens assistance programe in his name.
Thank you for reflecting at this most difficult time.
Sir Patrick
