Do they make grill badges that will fit the 08 Coopers? I just tried to put one on, and it wouldn't fit.

I have the same problem. My holder is from Cravenspeed and I am trying to center the holder on the grill. The way the screws are drilled (to one side - not centered), and the way the back plate fits in the grill have made it seemingly impossible.
I'd also warn anyone who tries to remove their grill to be careful to not put small scratches on the top of the bumper!!! I am trying to forget the small bumper scratch taking off the grill made the day after I picked up the car - but I can't shake it.

The instructions left a bit too much to the imagination if you ask me and I think the design must be for the older Minis in the first place. There's nothing more humbling than being technically defeated by a $15 badge holder!!?

I'd really appreciate some advice on this as well.

 

I tried putting one on and it disappeared into the unknown depths of the gap behind the grill, I'm sure it has dropped out somewhere, because I haven't heard it get ground up in the fan...lol.
The two links are quite useful, I'll probably install it this weekend...gotta have my MOTD grill badge mounted before I get there!!!!!
