cleaning race seat

i have a red sparco evo seat and the cover could definately use a wash, can anybody give me some tips? thanks

if its a sparco there's a elastic spring under the seat, just snap the hook off and the cover should come off

that said, i've had my Rev for 2 years now and i still haven't brought the courage to take it all apart, the EVO 2 i brought used could use a wash... if i were you i'd just vaccum it and give it a nice coat of 3M fabric protectant

also, and its my biggest fear, is that with even a mild wash the color would wear off... i think it'd be quite unnoticeable if its black, but if yours' red... i'd be super careful if you are going to take it apart... wash with cold water and just mild detergent

i can take it off no problem. machien wash with verry little detergent with cold watter?
