yes. That's not the best photo of it, but it does look pretty cool. I'd get one before I got a 7, but I still think VAG screwed up by making the Phaeton so similar to the new A8.

Now Dave there are lots of new an interesting cars out there, but this looks sooooooooooo plain. Is there a reason this should be an interesting car?

side by side...the phaeton and the A8 are identical, not the typical styling changes VAG had been accustomed to. I saw the A8L up in Summit County a couple of weeks ago while I was on a bike ride. I like the styling, but for the luxury market, things tend to be a little toned down for the mass market. For that class, price range, etc, I think the Phaeton is the best looking product on the market...but then again, I have always liked VW/Audi products.
