R50/53 Transmition Swap

Transmition Swap
Hey every one, just curious, has anyone actually swapped out the 5 speed in the R50 for the 6 speed in the r53? I'm entertaining the idea right now, but not sure what work would be involved. I just feel like there should be another gear in my R50 when I'm cruising at 70 and I'm around or above 3k rpms

Yes, it has been done. Texas Speedwerks has successfully made the swap and then using their notes another was recently done locally in Dallas.
