Removing rear seat on 2002-2003 mini cooper s
On the way home from grocery shopping, I've discovered spilled half and half on the rear seat (not the leather part) but the carpet like texture side. i am afriad that it will smell like horrible rotten eggs during the summer in a couple of months. i was thinking about taking the seats out and hose them down and let them air dry.
if someone could help me, i would gladly appreciate it.

A little different in the 02-03. Fold back seats down. From the back look between the two seats and you will see a bolt. It is a 10mm hex bolt. take that bolt out. Then lift up the part the bolt was holding down. I needed to use a screw driver to pry it up. make sure you don't stick the screw driver in the bolt hole or you might mess up the threads. After that everything for the back seat is the same as what is on the link that mooo posted.
