Dash trim piece removal? R53 mini

I want to take the dash trip pieces so I can do some custom interior but I cant seem to figure out how to take them off. Don't want to break them. And I also did a search but didn't come across with any instructions.

I'm going to do some work in there this weekend. I'll try and remember to shoot some photos for you.

Ok. That would be helpful. I have found a lot about how to take the 3 piece dash off but not a lot about how to do the 5 piece.

Ooops... sorry. I didn't catch that you have the 5 piece dash. I've got an '06 with the 3 piece version.

Well I got everything off except the air bag one. I know I have to unscrew the cover but I cant figure out to go from there. Do I also have to unbolt the nylon straps that hold the cover on to the dash?
