R50/53 DSC Light, help me understand
DSC Light, help me understand
SO I got my snows on today (nokian Hak5's), and went for a drive. It's been snowing for the past 2 days, so I figured I'd turn on the DSC.
I clicked the DSC button, and the DSC light turned on and stayed lit (which I thought was normal, and meant it was activated).
Sometimes it would flash, and then go off.
So I activated it again with the toggle.
Now I seem to understand that the light should not be constantly lit.
How should the DSC lighting work?
Thanks

DSC is always active, until you turn it off with the toggle.
Solid light - DSC disabled.
Flashing light - DSC is active.
Its not hard to tell when its working. Leave it on and go wide open down a snowy road. DSC prevents wheel spin by cutting throttle, you can feel it.
