Here is a link to a pdf file on Motoringfile.com that steps you through the process.

I don't have pictures but I can help you on the rocker panels.
First: Peel up the stock door sills (brushed part). Under there you will find 2 or 3 clips that just pop out.
Second: Under the rocker you will find phillips looking plastic inserts. Back these out and then pull out the rest of teh clip it screwed into. These you need to same and re-use. TIP: When putting back in insert the clip into the hole. Push the new piece tight to the underside of the car and just push the screw looking part you backed out back in until it will go no further.
Third: inside the rear wheel well where the rocker meets is a phiilips screw. Back these back out to save and re-use.
Fourth: just pull these off. You WILL here the old clips breaking as you do this. I do not believe it is even possible to save these in any way. Be aware the Aero Kit does not use near as many clips to hold it back on.
Motoringfile also has the official instructions to install this too.

Do mean that the silver part of the stock rocker panel that says cooper S is a sticker and it must be pealed off to expose screws underneath it? If so I guess that it dose not get reapplied to the aero kit rocker?
These decorative sill plate covers will likely become irreparably distorted and will require replacements from the factory or from a quality aftermarket parts dealer (Moss, Minspeed, etc). I know Moss MINI carries them. But if you have a Checkmate or Sidewalk you will need to order from MINI.
Don't even need to pull the silver doorsill off to remove the rocker panel. The clips under the doorsill will pull out or break and you will have your rocker panel and attached doorsill to sell or use another day.
Classic Mini has the doorsills for the aero kit. They are domed and silver with the mini wing. Puts a nice finishing touch to the sideskirts.
