Cold Air Intakes.....anyone know a site or laws *aside from cali hating them* any other state that does? i want to get one soon but not wanting to go to jail.

are all mini mods expensive as all hell or is that just me? in no way is that a direct comment to any of the dealers, i am just always poor =).

for the mini cooper S, the bonnet scoop air intake i have seen can be changed from what it comes standard with to like chrome/other kickass looks. does changing the look affect the air flow? regardless, is it just for looks?

for the tailpipes/muffler, the MCS comes standard with center mounted dual chrome tailpipes, can we change it to 1 *when modded* or would it be worthwhile to get a modded dual tailpipe to keep in sync? *not the band*
