Great service department that will do most mods.

My Power Steering went out during the Dragon last May. I called Mini & they told me which Dealer was closest to my immediate location. We drove into Greenville to get it fixxed, they were waiting for me w/ the parts.

Mechanics were very personable & mentioned they did most mods for customers including nitrous for someone that had requested it.

Well, I don't know if they are mod friendly, however, I will tell you that they took really good care of me when I first moved down here in April this year and my clutch went up, AND I was OVER my 50k warranty! They replaced my clutch AND the transmission, and covered it ALL under warranty, AND they couldn't have been nicer.

This is coming from someone who lived in the DC Metro area and had to contend with driving to either Sterling, VA, where I bought the car or Towson, MD, who I prefered, but both were a good hour and a quarter or longer on any given day. And, I truly believe that Sterling was actually responsible for the clutch finally going out on me after I had brought it in at least two times before I moved (and before my warranty was up). My complaint was I was smelling clutch and shifting gears wasn't working smoothly. No failure found, according to their mechanic. But, they knew I was moving and my personal opinion is that they just patted me on the head, telling me that they could not find a thing wrong with it, knowing full well that I would be out of their hair soon enough.

I have to share with you that the first thing I did when I knew we were moving down here was to see where the closest MINI dealership was, and now I live right around the corner from Century MINI! Way cool! They rock!

I live and work in the upstate of SC, and have found Century MINI to be great to deal with.

I have only taken my car to Century Mini once, and that was on my way to the Dragon, to have my mirror covers and vanity plate put on. They were friendly and professional. They washed the car when they were done doing the work.. and off we went to the dragon.. clean and happy! If I were in the Greenville area, I would certainly visit them more.
