R56 New R56 Options only available at the Las Vegas Dealer?

New R56 Options only available at the Las Vegas Dealer?
I was in Las Vegas for a conference just before Christmas and a raffle was being held to give a Mini away. I have looked all over the Mini site but I haven't found these options available. Are these available only through the Vegas dealer or are these special bumper mods. Please help.

Obviously, those are aftermarket installs.
Probably a DIY deal -- two for one, if you're rich and can afford to try and install them both at once. Kind of hard to do them both at the same time, unless you also do a rear-seat delete, I suppose....
